Q: Are you licensed and bonded?

A: Yes, JT Organize & Refresh is fully licensed and bonded to provide professional cleaning and organizing services. I am committed to delivering high-quality service while ensuring your property is protected.

Q: Do I need to be home while you clean or organize?

A: No, you don’t need to be home. You can provide access via key, code, lockbox, or stay. We prioritize security and respect your space, ensuring a trustworthy and professional service whether you're present or away.

Q: How long does a cleaning session take?

A: The time varies depending on the service, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and the overall square footage. Basic cleaning typically takes 1.5–3 hours, while deep cleaning may take 3–6 hours.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: We understand that plans change. To avoid a $75 cancellation fee, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the time slot to another client.

Q: Do you charge a travel fee?

A: Yes, there is a $50 travel fee for appointments more than 20 miles outside of Sioux Falls or Mitchell.
